Use cases

Supremo Solo Plan

John Smith is a professional photographer who needs remote access software to control his office PC from home (desktop) and occasionally from his laptop. Which plan should he subscribe to?

Although the Supremo Solo plan allows only 1 remote session at a time, John can use his activation code (received after subscribing) on an unlimited number of PCs. He can activate both his home desktop PC and his laptop, and connect to his office PC from either device — but never at the same time.

Supremo Business Plan

ACME Ltd. has 3 technicians using 5 PCs in their lab to provide remote support to over 60 customers. Which plan should they buy?

With a Supremo Business plan, ACME can use the same activation code across all lab PCs. This allows technicians to connect to up to 3 remote machines at the same time. In other words: all 3 technicians can connect to 1 remote machine simultaneously (even the same machine), or 1 technician can control 3 remote machines at once — but there’s a maximum of 3 concurrent sessions.

If ACME needs 4 simultaneous remote sessions, they’ll need to purchase an additional connection (also known as a control).

Supremo Professional Plan

Our IT helpdesk team needs to easily handle support requests from clients, manage device health, and ensure secure access and maximum business continuity. Is the Supremo Professional plan right for us?

The Supremo Professional plan includes everything mentioned for the Business plan regarding simultaneous remote connections. In addition, it’s designed for IT teams with features to:

  1. Build a support team to streamline workflows and manage requests efficiently
  2. Gain detailed device information (hardware/software) and receive custom notifications for issues
  3. Maintain control and security by monitoring incoming and outgoing remote connections
  4. Remotely configure and deploy Supremo with consistent settings across your network
  5. Control who uses your licence and securely share access with team members
  6. Manage support accounting and get useful reports for invoicing
