If you have current Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS), you can be sure of:

  • Free version updates (service packs and hot fixes) and upgrades (new releases)
     
  • First level operational support from Pacen, including telephone and email support throughout the business week
     
  • Issue escalation and electronic submission of issues escalated by Pacen to our product partners
     
  • Unlimited access to our product partners' Online Support Centres, including product knowledge articles, solutions database, open and closed defects and enhancement requests


All new purchases come with a mandatory twelve (12) months AMS. After this time, it is optional to continue with the service.
