Pacen Corp's Professional Services and Support Team understand that implementing and managing an application can be a difficult job. Our team of certified and trained experts is available to ensure you have the most success possible and a rapid return on your investment in Pacen Corp software solutions. We offer complete consulting services from implementation to customization and data migration to get you up and running quickly and smoothly. We can also help you with designing a new project, reviewing your existing configuration, or other consulting services involving installation, configuration and any training requirements you may have.

Implementation / Consulting Services

Nothing could be easier or more effective than complete Implementation Services for software solutions provided by Pacen Corp. We send carefully selected trained and certified expert(s) to your facility to install and configure your chosen solution specifically for your business.
Product Engineers are available to perform a range of tasks in installing, configuring and implementing our Enterprise software solutions at your site. The following tasks can be performed onsite to the organisations specifications. Not all tasks are required, but the relevant mix will vary based on the organisation's needs. The time involved for each task is dependent on the requirements of the organisation, the amount of information provided, the availability of dependent systems and administrators, and the complexity of the requirements.

Bespoke design & development

Custom Development. If you have requirements unique to your organization, or you have specialized application needs or system integration challenges, our Custom Development Services can help. This service is especially designed for companies with:

Package integration

Data Migration Services. If you need to migrate some or all of your historical Help Desk or Inventory data from an existing application into Track-It! Enterprise Edition or Cherwell CSD Data Migration Services can help. From assessing your existing data set to mapping the data to Track-It!, developing migration programming to testing, reviewing and assisting with post-migration accuracy checks. Data Migration Services are extremely comprehensive. While migrating data to our current CSD is a time- consuming process, the benefits can be worth the cost for larger clients and those businesses that "live" and "die" by trends in client data. You will no longer need to maintain the old application for historical purposes. Track-It! Data Migration lets you:

- Migrate some or all historical Help Desk work order data
- Migrate critical inventory data or import master application data like Payroll, HR, etc
- Create a single source for all Help Desk information
- Eliminate the need to maintain old applications for historical purposes
 
Phone-based Consulting

Dedicated time is also available with our support and professional service members, and they can help you with designing a new project, reviewing your existing configuration, or other consulting services involving implementation.

Onsite Training

We train your technicians so you can be up and running quickly and effectively. Implementation Services are the fastest way to maximize productivity, increase customer satisfaction and deliver the quickest return on your investment!

Onsite Training has a maximum of 5 Student per day. Charges are based on daily rates, plus all outgoings (travel, accommodation & per diem) expenses are applicable if out of the Sydney Metro area.

Operational Support

Pacen provides telephone & email support together with unlimited access to those solutions available by our Product Partners.

Implementation & Upgrade Support

Pacen can provide full on-site implementation services this is a chargeable service based on an hourly / daily rate (see Professional Services). Please contact our Professional Services Team for further information.

Onsite Support

Onsite support is a chargeable service; and is charged at an hourly or daily rate for Professional Services. Pacen may also undertake implementation services in conjunction with Partners or other implementation partners depending upon the requirements and scope of the project. We are pleased to provide a firm quotation upon a set of agreed project specifications being signed off between your organisation and Pacen Corp.
